NAEC won an open tendering that providing welding solution for coal mining machine hydraulic support !

The intelligent gantry type automatic welding station that we are going to provide is self-designed by NAEC based on years’ lean and intelligent fabrication concept, also considering all kinds of on-site conditions. During welding process, two SAW welding torches can work at the same time, which has high welding efficiency and quality, with convenient operation and effectively reduce the labor intensity.

Adopt double-driving servo motor for gantry frame traveling, also allocate with laser tracking and video monitoring system. Through multi-layer-multi-pass welding process, it can realize automatic welding pass laying.
