With the development of marketing, the requirement to construction machinery is more accurate and strict. How to be more lean and intelligent in metal engineering industry is the persistent research topic for NAEC.

Since extended the business scope to intelligent fabrication, NAEC’s development strides into a higher step, which apparently reflects in the marketing occupation. After strategy cooperation with Germany Cloos, we are able to give more assistant to customers, help them to complete robotic welding and intelligent fabrication in heavy duty construction machineries such crawler crane, truck crane, excavator etc.

The installation and commissioning of truck crane slewing movement machinery has been finished, successfully complete the handover process, with good welding effects, less post treatment steps, able to bring less investment and higher productivity.

Auxiliary with NAEC self-developed MES system (Manufacturing Execution System), the whole fabrication workshop can be more controllable, flexible. It is more adjustable when update the fabrication line, guarantee the metal engineering quality.

The MES system is mainly applied on manufacturing execution management of metal engineering, which covers the managements of material, manpower, machine, mission package, workflow etc. It is very convenient to track each live fabrication process, and realizes the whole lifecycle production management. All the imported and production data will be permanently stored to database, further to generate a visual MES management statement. Integrated with lean management concept, it can maximumly improve the efficiency, meanwhile, save the manpower investment.
