The Rapid-TIG Vertical Seam Welding Machine, self-developed and produced by NAEC, is creatively researched for bottom-to-top construction welding work of tank in special materials such as stainless steel, low temperature steel or high-strength steel etc.
It adopts hot-wire TIG deep deposition welding process, which not only maintains the premium TIG welding quality, but further improves the TIG welding efficiency through the hot wire feeding system. Designed in novel double-frame structure, it can complete the welding works of both sides of internal layer tank at the same time with convenient operation and less time cost.
Through pre-heating welding wire, it is able to accelerate the fusion without changing the linear energy, further to rise the fusion speed of welding seams and construction productivity. It only takes very less energy to melt the welding wire by the provided welding arc, which makes the whole welding machine be more economic, the mechanical performance of welded joints are more strong, especially suitable for the LNG tank construction.
Allocate with welding pool monitoring system, which is convenient for operators to remote monitor the welding arc, pool, wire or tungsten electrode, beveling condition and surrounding environment during welding, helps operators to get rid of severe smoke and radiation, force more attention on welding quality control.
