Workshop Type Pipe Spool Fabrication Solution
Over the past 20 years, NAEC has exported nearly 400 more efficient pipe spool fabrication lines with the integration of automation and digitization to many construction industries such as petroleum, petrochemical, nuclear power, thermal power, shipbuilding, offshore platform, etc.
The one pass rate through X-ray inspection is ≥99.5%; the project fabrication meets the international standards such as API650, ASEM, AWS etc.; the comprehensive productivity under automatic fabrication is 15times higher than traditional manual mode, the manhour/dial can reach 0.142 lowest; the automatic fabrication rate is improved to higher than 80%; the allocated whole lifecycle fabrication management system is able to cover all stages from raw material storage to finished products storage, all quality and process condition information can be controlled.
