CNC High Speed Pipe End Beveling Machine
The CNC high-speed pipe end beveling machine can process two end beveling of various materials (carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, etc.) through the central rotary device. Groove can be processed into single V-shape, double V-shape, J-shape, U-shape, etc. Through the center rotary device, the workpiece can be rotated 180 degrees in 30 seconds to process another end face.
It has the following characteristics:
➤ the pipeline is clamped and centered automatically by hydraulic system;
➤ PLC numerical control, equipped with servo system, can be set by the program to accurately complete the automatic processing of groove;
➤ stainless steel pipe, 37.5 degree standard groove, only 2.5 minutes;
➤ using large machining surface forming blade, successfully solve V-shaped, double V-shaped, U-shaped, J-shaped and other forms of groove processing of thick wall pipeline;
➤ equipment specifications: 16 inch, 24 inch, 32 inch, 48 Inch, 60 inch.
