The intersecting line multi axis CNC cutting machine can complete the cutting of fixed length of pipe, V-groove of various angles, holes of various shapes on the pipe and saddle mouth of various forms by flame or plasma cutting. The core of this equipment is NC cutting control software system. According to the pipe numerical control cutting technology and international welding standards, the NC programming code of pipe cutting is replaced by the control language of numerical control cutting machine to drive the servo motion, accurately control the movement track of flame cutting torch, and complete the cutting process of complex shape.

This set of equipment is mainly composed of feeding and discharging roller car, numerical control flame cutting system, plasma cutting system, hydraulic station, electric control system, container, etc. The cutting / groove center can use flame cutting or plasma cutting to automatically complete the pipe cutting or groove processing according to the corresponding NC program set in advance (manual mode can also be used if necessary).
