The pipeline medium frequency induction heating system is a special high-efficiency heating equipment specially developed by Nanjing NAEC Electric Co., Ltd. for the prefabrication of pipeline automatic welding. The system adopts the principle of medium frequency induction heating, which is specially used for the preheating, heat preservation and post heating of the weld during the pipeline automatic welding. It is a special high-efficiency equipment to improve the preheating efficiency of pipeline welding and ensure the welding quality. It is also a self heating equipment for the process pipeline Digital and ideal heating equipment for dynamic welding. The system is mainly composed of medium frequency induction heating power supply, heating extension cable, induction heating belt, temperature measurement extension cable, needle type armored thermocouple and infrared thermometer.

For preheating before assembly, because the pipe fittings are stationary relative to the operating equipment during assembly, the induction heating tape connected by induction cable is used to wrap the nozzle to be assembled for heating. At this time, the induction heating cable is connected with the extension cable through the special protective aviation plug, and forms a loop with the power supply to heat the workpiece. The induction heating cable transfers the energy to the workpiece to be heated through the induction coupling, so as to transfer the high-frequency current with maximum efficiency for heating operation. Through the aviation plug-in connector, the rapid connection between the sensor and the power supply is realized, which facilitates the movement of the induction heater, improves the utilization rate of the equipment, and reduces the waste of manpower and time. In this system, according to the relatively large number of pipe specifications, heating cable winding method is used to preheat the pipes of different specifications, so as to achieve the purpose of a set of heating cable to meet the preheating of pipes of different specifications, so as to reduce the investment under the condition of meeting the function.
