• Applicable for both “bottom-to-up” and “top-to-bottom” tank construction
• Applied in both inside and outside girth seam welding for both construction method (top-to-bottom and bottom-to-top) by SAW welding technology.
• Adjustable welding-traveling frame can travel along the shell plate or on the rail with dual motors frequency inverter drive system, beveled gear drive reducer, good locking ability in both directions
• Suitable for tank in 9m diameter or larger, shell plate width 1.6m to 2.8m/3m/3.2m (others optional)
• Automatic welding efficiency is 15-30 times higher than traditional manual welding process
• First X-Ray qualification rate: above 99.5%
• Inside girth seam welding are taken by Special designed automatic inside girth seam welder, matching with hydraulic lifting system
• When finish lifting, the hydraulic lifting system will be dropped down, and the inside girth seam welding machine can work
• Weatherproof control box with digital display for welding speed.
• Large diameter steel roller flux support belt to minimizes travel resistance and heavy-duty blower type flux recovery system with filter
